I was staying in Harrisburg for a week on a business trip and ate at the Capitol Diner every day. The food was wonderful with a nice menu selections, plus a few items only offered that day. My favorite was the Pot Roast! Service was always great and looking forward to my next trip there.

Came here on a busy Monday morning for brunch. It was packed, but the service was great–both quick and friendly. Some may think it was slow but the place WAS busy. Keep that in mind! The inside is very cozy. They mostly have booths, but also a bar area. The food was excellent. I loved the sausage and eggs, as well as the French toast. My husband loved his hot cocoa, pancakes, AND grilled cheese! Will definitely come again.

Beautiful diner! I was impressed by the hospitality and quality of the food! Very good services, great menu options all in all great experience! Preferred seating options are available as well if you are not satisfied with the 6ft distance between tables. They will work with you. They are trying their best to work with what they have so people need to stop being so mean and scrutiny and go to another diner or come earlier if they dont want to be close to people. We came twice because everything was so good!

The menu is a book & all the selections are tempting. Our waitress, Aimee was friendly & very attentive. My friend & I had dessert & there were so many choices that we each got one for at the restaurant & one to go. And they were heavenly. All& all a wonderful dining experience. We will be back.

It was late when my son arrived at the Harrisburg Amtrak terminal. So we came here to have a meal. He had the Vermont omelet and I had the open faced turkey sandwich. Both meal were satisfying. Our waitress was very courteous.

Everything a great 24 hour diner should be! Great service, wonderful food and a safe and clean atmosphere! Friendly staff always there to talk to you and help you out! I ate there many times while I was staying at the Red Roof Inn which is literally 5 minute walk! I love diner food…I loved my whole experience!

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast. Diner was clean, we were quickly seated, and our server took our drink orders. Upon arrival, the plates were full of food!!! The food was fresh, good, and cooked well. Service was wonderful!!! Value was good as well!! It’s a popular spot as, upon us leaving, there was a wait and pagers were being passed out. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great family restaurant. I have taken my grand kids there everyday while the Hershey RV Show is going on with my husbands company. $5.99 includes choice of dinner, drink and dessert for the kids. And there is plenty of reasonable home style meals to choose from for me. Very good food overall. No problems whatsoever! Highly recommend!

We ate breakfast there on Monday, 11/27/17, morning and the food was delicious. The omelet tasted like the ones I make myself and the home fries also tasted home made. Enjoyed the coffee too! Will definitely eat there again. The place was spotless from the shinny mirrors to the restrooms.

Always clean, the staff is so nice and the food delicious the night I was there. They were very busy and the owner was helping to seat and wait on tables. He had his staffs backs helping with whatever needed to get done, that’s a great boss!
